Perinatal Recovery and Sexual Health

I delivered a lecture on sexual health and recovery during the perinatal period as part of the Perinatal Mental Health Core Training Programme. The lecture addressed the recovery of sexual wellbeing and intimate relationships during pregnancy and the postpartum period, with attention to sexual diversity, sexual and intimate partner violence, and the role of sex therapy in supporting individuals and couples during the transition to parenthood.
